The staffs are really helpful . The building didn't have an elevator/lift, so it would have been difficult if you have a few luggage to go up the stairs, but when we arrived , Ben from reception carried all our luggage to our suites. He's so kind. The late staff, Heni help us with some of our tour booking, she's excellent. The kitchen staff are also very accommodating. On our last day, they prepared an early breakfast for us since we had to leave before the usual breakfast time. The property is located near the Fisherman's Bastion which is only a few minutes walk. And when we went there, we had an excellent view of the Schulek Staircase.

The room was well appointed and looked very much like the photos. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. We loved having the ability to cook in our room and had everything we needed for simple meals. The fridge and freezer were very large. We found the main bed to be very comfortable and the second bed, which was a sofa that folded out into a bed to be not as comfortable.

Our suite is impressive, beautifully furbished with class and style. Breakfast was great, staff were helpful and courteous, wifi was fast and parking garage of the hotel is a plus factor. A bit pricey but worth it!

I liked the food and the fact that the staff was helpful, friendly, always smiling and trying to help us with whatever we needed (for example with the luggage or printing our tickets for the parliament visit).

Everything. Really comfortable and spacious. Staff great. Good continental breakfast included in the price.
